What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep our clients’ properties clean, healthy, and well-maintained.

• Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts
• Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance
• Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system
• Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools
• Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for dependable team players who are ready to work outdoors and grow with us.

• At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work
• Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction
